TV版动画6-10集的合辑篇，主要是讲炭治郎偶遇终极大反派，而后遇到鬼医生和她的迷弟，被请回家，双方针对如何变回人进行了探讨，并达成合作，再遇到两个被大反派安排来的鬼袭击，最后在几人通力合作下，解决了两个鬼，基本上没有在TV版上加什么内容，看过原本的话，可以不再看这个特别版。

虽然推理和案件就那样，但是新兰有太多名场面了！
作为一部拼接作算是中等水平 但要是把它当剧场版 那绝对是近年来的神作
