The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 女主称托得更好一些，有坚强，也有弱的部分。
刚好看到母亲知道儿媳妇离过婚，到这里剧情都还可以，主要是全潮阳话很亲切，四星
完全出乎意料的好看，本来看着演员觉得有点路人和出戏，但是随着剧情的推进，他们的演技很自然真诚，就完全被打动，观影一气呵成的愉悦，影片真的把普通人和普通事拍的那么有趣且动人～
妈妈演得真好。有一个潮汕海边的空镜让我想起恋恋风尘最后那个云卷云舒的长镜头。
这是在没有圈看这一两年电影以来映后最温暖的一场，两个女主/导演/观众间都建立起来了很好很真实的羁绊，也正是导演所强调的对爱真实存在的证明。

剧情其实没有太多的波折，但是难得的是真诚的表达

拍出了潮汕风味，片中有不少尴尬的地方，不过中后段渐入佳境。对母亲与奶奶刻画精准，配乐契合，妈妈独自站在档口前失落、泽凯站在海边既打不通妈妈电话又不打通静珊电话这段直接让我破防了。巧妙将采访一分为二，前半段表现恋情恩爱与汕头生活气，延后给出的后半段引发剧情转折，后接红毛后生仔的报道既调节了影片节奏又增强了情节的真实感。机场路上的闪回用女友的视角再次展示潮汕行的经历，高级！哥哥阳台上看着妈妈与弟弟，情侣的表情包对话，母子俩机场中的相互倚靠，母亲坐飞机的“实拍”，灵的。
看完电影 很想找个周末再去潮汕逛逛🥳
水鸡兄出来也算给了我们一种小惊喜。
母亲是最佳女主角。手机镜头里的母亲，你在想什么啊，笑。
特别好，是看了很多中国电影都没有见过的好。细腻，真实，又哭又笑。
