The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 除了节奏拖沓，音乐太多，其他的都不错。很敢拍，中国影业现在连印度都赶不上。
尽管电影本身有许多瑕疵，人物塑造刻板失败，法庭上用演讲代替举证让人感到非常混乱…但是，“政治通过媒体操纵民意、公众不关心事实更注重情绪宣泄”这两个core立得很好。
题材是好题材，但是电影的节奏太奇怪了，印度的特色还是怎么呢，前一个小时太无聊了，背景没必要铺陈这么久，直接从庭审开始就可以，但是又感觉后面破案也没有那么燃，真的不够吸引我眼球，7分吧，如果改编得精简有力也许分数更好
这里面有种姓问题也有性别问题，但核心的还是法律程序问题。虽然程序正义未必就是实质正义，但程序正义是最接近实质正义的方式，没有程序正义，任何人所以为的正义也都是以为而已。
四星全给题材 如果不是题材 真的没办法给一部2个多小时的MV这么多星……

★★★☆ 情绪电影。虽然在当前环境中起不到什么决定性作用，但能发声去表达总是好事。
确实很敢拍，抽丝剥茧，融合了各种深层议题与思考，有很多振聋发聩的金句，美中不足就是宝莱坞配乐依然太满，片子也拖的有点长。
前面稍微有点拖沓，精简点会更好。后面一个半小时直接起飞，全程无尿点，看的头皮发麻。
但至少 是个开始吧

故事算是一波三折，也有体制批判性，但是法庭辩论的台词感觉乱七八糟，缺乏专业度和逻辑性。
