The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很奇怪，两对人物关系中都各自只有一个人能令人相信，Howie的脆弱和Will的别扭，相比之下Noah只是泡水的手机，而Charlie甚至不如那艘被偷来的水上巴士。

天呐天呐 我真的好喜欢这种片子！！搞搞笑笑轻轻松松，最后will的一举一动真的让我激动到尖叫！！太帅了will，谁不想要个这样的top？又温柔又帅有钱还双商高！我好像真的看同性片儿更容易感到悸动的满足！当noah在犹豫着想以后的种种矛盾的时候，will说的hey its just a dance真的把我的心都说化了。是啊，及时行乐，活在当下，以后的事情以后都会慢慢解决的！停在这个fireisland真的太美好了！ppps！片头和片尾都太可爱啦！
看的时候很想念那年夏天。以及，I'm pretty sure15年还是16年的时候和Will那个演员hooked up过...很清楚地记得他当时是king&I那个音乐剧的演员之一

这确实是真实现实接地气的“同性爱情（这四个字可以随意排列组合）”故事，不管是在美国还是东亚。有时候真的觉得那些被封为经典的同性片中的同性形象只是迎合部分女观众，现实中很多同也许就是本片中的样子，有欢乐有烦恼有性有爱但愁苦相对来说少一点。
作为喜剧不算搞笑作为同志片不算激情，但是亚裔主导的同志喜剧影片意义大于质量了。有句话很扎心，自以为看透所有人，其实自己总是预设最坏情况避免自己失望，我本人了
