The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 很有张力的法庭群戏，台词和冲突设置满分。看过的片子里，cultural revolution真是影响了全世界，从北爱尔兰（以父之名）到巴黎（戏梦巴黎），再到芝加哥的Abbie Hoffman。

说台词像机关枪一样扫射之后就没什么了的，你没看到我们满地的热血吗？

3.5。这种电影最适合拿来写论文，理论过关的一投必中……可惜我水平太菜，全片结束只能勉强辨认小雀斑，马克里朗斯和萨莎拜伦科恩三个人饰演的角色。这个片子交给瑞恩墨菲拍电视剧一定更抓马，英语不好看这个真的觉得乏味。想提醒编剧大人电影是综合艺术！久违的囧瑟夫还是很好看诶
好好改改剧本说不定能拿奥斯卡，剧情不怎么样，但是还是值得五星。
这个片子几乎可以看作是近半个多世纪以来各种形式瑞沃鲁申的缩影（不知道对后来的东欧巨变是不是产生了某些影响），一个看起来无比正义的左倾动机随着对峙时间的延长渐渐变得失控，在这种情况下，你根本无法分辨到底双方谁是更「正义」的，经过了漫长且无意义的争论后，也就演变成了这种葫芦僧乱判葫芦案的情况。全片最让我印象深刻的一句话是「他们七个那天该不会其实是带领着一万名便衣警察在抗议吧？」多荒诞，多讽刺，然而大部分情况下事实就是这样的。
艾比·霍夫曼和汤姆·海登的那段对话说明了一种观点
艾伦索金的法庭戏真的好看，把原来史上一笔糊涂账拍的条理清晰，电影和现实交替剪辑的抗议戏最为震撼，现实永远比电影最为刺激
艾伦索金的政治倾向真是个迷……而我已经对这种要做爱不要作战的口号式表面热血完全无感了。
历史总是不停重演，抗议是个说不清的复杂话题
